Refund policy

Dear valued customers,

We sincerely hope you enjoy your purchase. We also provide thoughtful after-sales service and protection for all our products. Please kindly read our return and cancellation policy below.

1. Return Time Limit

All return requests must be submitted within 15 calendar days after you receive the goods. Requests made beyond this period will not be accepted.

2. Requirements for Returned Items

Our products are mainly natural bodhi seed bracelets. Long-term contact with skin, sweat and body oil will permanently change the surface and form patina. Metal accessories are also easy to get scratches and oxidation after prolonged wear.

To qualify for return, please follow the rules below:

  • Short-time try-on is allowed. Please do not wear or play with the bracelet for an extended period.
  • Please keep original tags attached and intact.
  • Please keep all original packaging well, and send back all accessories and gifts together with the item.
  • Please make sure the item is free from strange odors such as cigarette smoke or perfume.

Allowed actions: You may open the protective seal for inspection and normal short-time try-on.

Prohibited actions: Long-term wear, continuous handling or removing original tags.

Should the above requirements not be met, we regret that we cannot process your return. The item will be sent back to you, and all related shipping fees will be borne by the buyer.

3. Shipping & Refund Rules

  • Confirmed quality issues (e.g. cracked beads, peeling plating): We will cover the return shipping cost. Only the product price will be refunded.
  • Non-quality related returns (personal preference, wrong size, change of mind): Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Only the product price will be refunded.
  • Items that do not meet the return requirements mentioned above: No refund will be offered. All shipping fees for sending back the goods shall be paid by the buyer.

4. Right of Cancellation

In accordance with local consumer laws, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel your order without giving reasons. We have extended this period to 15 days for your convenience.

Your right of free cancellation will be invalid if:

  • The bracelet has been worn or handled for a long time beyond normal short-time try-on.
  • Original tags have been removed.

As regulated by relevant EU consumer laws, items whose appearance may change after prolonged use are not eligible for unconditional returns.

5. Return Procedure

  1. To apply for a return, please contact our customer service with your order number and clear photos of the item.
  2. We will review your request within 3 working days. Once approved, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be issued to you.
  3. Please ship out the package within 7 days after receiving the RMA number, and mark the valid RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Packages without a valid RMA number will not be accepted and no refund will be arranged.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it meets all requirements, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

If you can provide sufficient evidence of quality defects, we may arrange the refund in advance before receiving the returned package.

7. Final Judgment

We will check the actual condition of returned items to confirm compliance with return standards. If obvious signs of long-term wear or handling are found, we will keep photos as evidence and decline the return request.
